Every program starts from a fitness assessment and your goals, with regular progress reviews and practical nutrition and lifestyle guidance. She coaches in Arabic and English.

How do I pay?

How do online sessions work?

Live one-to-one video sessions with the coach from anywhere, with the same follow-up, at a lower price.

When is my booking confirmed?

Booking is prepaid. Your subscription is activated once payment is received, then your appointments are set with the coach.

Can I switch between in person and online?

Yes. Message the coach on WhatsApp and your training type is updated; your next renewal uses the new type's price.
